I had some issues with RRE after the last patch with all the force feedback and just could not seem to get it how it was before. so I spent about two weeks tweaking every setting until I got what was right for me.
I then put together a document on what I did. Hope this helps others as a starting point. Remember this works for me and may not be suitable for anyone else but I just wanted to share.

I've been playing R3E for a while now. I use a T300RS with 599XX Evo rim and wheel stand pro. Also use a TrackIR (can't afford triples or VR) and have installed the Crew Chief app which is excellent.

I've been following the DTM 2015/16 seasons and I know most of the drivers and tracks at this point and that for 2017 a race will be reduced from 24 to 18 competitors. Teams reduced from 8 to 6 to reduce costs etc..

I mostly play offline against AI. I'm trying to get to grips with things...

A little unstable but nothing unexpected from this car and track combination. Just be patient. Simply build your speed up over a few laps until you understand what the car is going to do. Then just go for it.
This is my first upload of a set-up as it got me pole position in a recent race. Enjoy.

Hi, after downloading the sim yesterday, I have now managed to spend a few hours driving.
I have gone in stragiht at "get real" simply as I feel my skill level would suit that due to time on other simcade games and lots of track work with a turbo mx5.
After putting a few hours into the game I am getting frustrated due to on power oversteer corner exit, struggling to control it with oposite lock and throttle control.
also struggling with locking the brakes and not realizing due to not being...

Im using a logitech g29, manual, all assist off, no hud,no driving line, I now the track well i believe from years of racing games but im in the 5th div 28th? im 1:27 i wanna be 1:20 i think i need a setup anybody help.......i know im good driver i'm pushing the car hard but i just can't shave of anymore time ...i like just racing lol iv tried setuping my own up but to no avail so if anybody has set ups i can use much appreciate it ...

Hi,

Question for smarter than me.
Basicly DTM al years R3E. My times are on all tracks basicly as real DTM cars timings (a few tenths faster or slower). So I supose that I have some skils, more or less. But when I check leaderboards, some timings are insane. Is it really driving skill, cheating or car setup?
For example: Hockenheim GP was Martin Tomczyk (BMW) 1.32,532 Min. (older than 2017), but or R3E best time is 1.30.936. It'a 2.4 sec faster!!! I know it is SIM but it's too much....

-All my setups are going to be fairly low wing with high toe-in. Lots of front tire deg with these but most the RD races aren't long enough for it...

Here is a little Setup for the new (and wonderful) Mercedes AMG GT3.
I give the car a proper shot yesterday and really pushed it to the near limit and enjoyed every second of the 30 Minutes race
